Our founder and Executive Chef Clive Williams-Jones has experience in running professional kitchens all over the world. Clive has run food operations in London, Cape Town, Monaco, New York, Dubai and now in his hometown of Bristol. His culinary training started at Le Cordon Bleu in London where he gained a distinction in its famous Grand Diploma course. After graduating he went on to work for Caprice Holdings which includes such restaurants as The Ivy, J.Sheekey’s, Daphne’s and Le Caprice. He has extensive knowledge of international cuisine and loves nothing more than passing on his knowledge to anyone who is keen to learn. Please do not hesitate to get in touch.
