Covid 19 - Our responsibily

Well run professional kitchens are some of the cleanest, most sanitised environments outside of the clinical world.

Not only do we wash hands regularly throughout the day we use specialised cleaners and sanitisers that are effective in killing 99.8% of the Covid 19 Virus.

We by law have to follow all HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and have to have all the necessary food hygiene certificates.

Nothing is 100% effective and until a comprehensive vaccine is found we can only follow best practice procedures.

From your initial consultation we will make you aware of our responsibilities as well as yours with regard to minimising any risk.

Prior to your arrival, all contact points, equipment and the entire kitchen will be cleaned and sanitised using clinical grade disinfectant and sanitiser.

You will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival ( a practice that existed before Covid 19 arrived) and this will be repeated as is normal in professional kitchens.

Freshly laundered aprons and chef jackets (if desired) will be provided.

We will also provide masks, gloves and hand sanitiser as necessary.

In order to maximise your safety we will only be running ONE class per day to ensure the safest possible environment.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your safety is our main concern.
